Digified is an oTCG (online trading card game) based on the Digimon series. An online trading card game is a game you play online with virtual cards and can be just as fun as in real life. Your goal is to collect cards to master sets (or decks as they are usually called) and gain in level through playing games and entering contests while having fun interacting with other members.
This game is based on the popular Bandai series Digimon, short for Digital Monster. Simply put, Digimon are computer data in physical form that can interact in much the same way as humans. They take on many forms, with over 800 different species known and many more being revealed as time passes. Digimon are capable of evolving into more power and sometimes bigger forms. While this process usually take a long time, a Digimon partnered with a human can evolve when needed with the assistance from a Digivice. Human partners are usually referred to as Tamers. In this game, you yourself take on the role of a Digimon Tamer.
The core of the TCG are the cards. Cards are split up into several different deck types: Human Characters, Digimon Characters, Anime (episodes, openings/endings and movies), Manga, Game, Puzzle and Special. All cards are worth 1, while all special cards are worth 2. Member cards are special even among special cards as they are worth 0 until you upgrade your Digivice for the first time.

There are some things you can't do without money and this game is no different. Like in the Digital World, Digified uses "bits" as a currency. They come in three different amounts and they can be acquired as rewards from games.
Stages, or Levels, are the primary form of advancement in this TCG. They are named
after the stages of Digimon evolution and determined by three major factors:
| Stage | Card Value | Stamp Cards | Masteries |
| Baby I | 0-100 | 0 | 0 |
| Baby II | 101-200 | 1 | 0 |
| Child | 201-350 | 3 | 1 |
| Adult | 351-500 | 5 | 3 |
| Hybrid | 501-700 | 7 | 5 |
| Armour | 701-900 | 9 | 10 |
| Perfect | 901-1200 | 12 | 15 |

| Ultimate II | 1501-1900 | 19 | 40 |

What happens when you collect all the cards in a deck? Regardless of what deck you master, the rewards are the same.
